Chicken Ranch Roll-Ups


Ingredients:

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 large flour tortillas
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (optional for garnish)

Directions:
Prepare the filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ranch dressing, shredded cheddar cheese, red bell pepper, green onions, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until everything is well incorporated.

Assemble the roll-ups: Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface. Spread an even layer of the chicken mixture over each tortilla, leaving about 1/2 inch of space around the edges.

Roll and chill: Roll each tortilla tightly to form a log. Wrap each roll-up in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

Slice and serve: Remove the plastic wrap and slice each roll-up into 1-inch pieces. Arrange the roll-ups on a serving platter. Garnish with fresh cilantro, if desired. Enjoy your chicken ranch roll-ups as a delicious appetizer or snack!
